This tragedy is a profound shock to her husband Sean O'Connor, their two daughters, Acacia and Rosie, Amanda's mother Beatrice Ironside, eight older brothers and sisters and their families, and many other relatives and friends. In light of Amanda's and Sean's inspiring joint musical journey of two decades, including their recent overseas tour with the band LAVA, this loss has reverberated around the world.
